The information below contains everything you need to know in order to make your online experience as easy as possible - just how we like it!

HOW IT WORKS:

• To get started, press the "shop" button at the top of this site. On our online store you can "shop all" or "shop by category".
  
  
• Please note that all orders placed online are processed to collect in store. However, if you find that you are in need of home delivery, and you live locally to the shop, you can email us with your order number and we will try our best to help.
  
  
• We charge a small fee (£1.50) at checkout for processing orders under £15. If your order is over £15, you will not be charged this checkout fee.
  
  
• We use a PayPal screener at checkout to ensure your online security, but you do not need a PayPal account to checkout online. You can use credit/debit card if you prefer. If you want to pay by credit or debit card, when prompted to sign in to PayPal, simply click the option 'use debit/credit card'.
  
  
• All orders placed by 8pm Monday - Friday will be available for collection in store during our opening hours the next working day.
  
  
• Any orders placed after 8pm will be processed the next working day and will be available for collection the day after processing. Click here for more information.
