In Store Collections
COLLECTIONS DURING COVID-19
In order to keep everyone safe at the moment, we currently allow only one person in store at a time.
When you arrive to collect your order, we might ask you to wait in line outside the store, whilst we finish serving a customer indoors.
We apologise in advance if you do have to queue, but this is to ensure your safety, and the safety of our staff.
Running a little late or can't make your collection day? Don't worry! Just
give us a call with plenty of notice and we will do our best to help you.
When will be order be ready for collection?All orders placed before 8pm
Monday - Friday will be available for collection in store the NEXT DAY, during our normal shop
opening hours.
Any orders placed after 8pm Monday - Friday will be processed the next working day. These orders will be available for collection the day after processing.
Please note: Any orders placed after 8pm on Friday will be available for collection the following Monday.
Do I have to pay to collect my order?
Collection for all orders over £15.00 is FREE.
Please note that there is a small £1.50 collection fee charged at checkout for any orders UNDER £15.00
